Wrong remote

Hello 

I wrote to say that the touchscreen on my Sky Q remote had stopped working and Sky said they would send a replacement touchscreen remote. Unfortunately the one I received today wasn't a touchscreen one but a standard remote. I am so used to using the other one (particularly the voice function) I really wanted a replacement and was disappointed to receive a traditional style version. Please could I return this and receive the touchscreen version

Hi @Gawen 

 

Unfortunately SKY stopped producing the Touch remotes a few years ago and thus won't be able to supply you with one

 

You could try ebay for 2nd hand one

@Gawen to add to @nigea99 suggestion the new remotes are also voice enabled and should have a blue voice button just above the red rfecord button

Ah that's a shame. It was really good while it worked. I think it would have been better to teplace the other one but never mind. I guess money comes into it.
