Catch up & On demand not working
Restarted sky Q subscription, can't get on demand or catch up. I get an upgrade subscription message. Everything used to work.

@Laing1 I saw that you had resolved this issue elsewhere/ escalated to a sky technician? We have HD pack and neither SD or HD catch up/ on demand will work, says we need to upgrade. Could you please assist? Thanks, Huw
