Casting from Windows PC to Sky Q

How do I cast from a Windows PC  to Sky Q / So I can watch stuff (MP4's )from my PC on TV ?

You would have to enable a DNLA server on your PC and have a suitable client on your TV - many smart TV's do have such an app but, as noted, Sky Q doesn't help in any way...
