Cannot purchase box office for TNT

I have just tried to book boxing on TNT sports and it's not allowing me to do via my sky box. Tells me to go to a site address online but that just takes me to standard Sky.com landing page

@Gene-ius  Have you tried the link fromt the TNT Boxx office site which points to https://sky.com/boxoffice/tnt-sports

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
