My viewing card isn't pairing to my box. This happened when it was first set up so I called and an engineer came out again, replaced the card then a few days later the same thing happened again. I still cannot get it to pair and have tried all the online solutions I can find. Any advice?

Hi @BethV45
Make sure that the viewing card is correctly inserted. Chip end in first Chip up.
If the card is correct located there should not be enough of the card protruding to grip it to remove it.

Hi there...
The exact same thing has happened to me. I got a replacement card and initially all worked OK. Then after 4 hours, the card unpaired with the box again and it won't re pair. Sky are sending out a new box and card.
Did you resolve the problem, and if so, how?
