Q box not connecting to router.

Qbox won't connect to the router. I have tried WPS, gone through another provider and manually putting in the password. It recognises the wifi but won't connect

Have you tried hardwiring it, just to see if it works. If it does, you'll know there is possibly a WiFi issue.
