Cannot log into paramount plus

I'm on sky Q. Sky keep telling me I can get paramount + free as part of my package. However when I try to log onto it it rejects either my password or e-mail. I have checked the info is correct, but even whe I tried the forgotton password option the promsed e-mail does not appear in my e-mail account. The automated 'help' just sends me round in circles. It's driving me crazy. Is the password the one for sky or something else?

@carol777 not sure what login details you are using but you need to create a paramount + account using an email address and password of your choosing (Sky have not set up an account for you)  as per the link by @Invisiblename

Sorted now thank you. Finally got it sorted via the PC .
