Cannot create an account for Discovery+ ???

Discovery+ is free on my contract. Keep trying to activate but need to create an account. Sky keeps telling me its not available at the moment and to try later as they are working on the problem. How much later? 5 months into contract? 

Any advice how to de this. Thanks for any help.

Before Activating Discovery plus you must first subscribe through Sky Marketplace.
