I have tried all the steps (switching box, and router, on and off, pressing WPS button on my Sky Max router) to no avail. All,y other devices work perfectly well.
I rang Sky and waited 30 minutes tonight before the service shut down at 2100.
Rubbish service which is on the slide dramatically ever since the shut Livingstone, which was full of super helpful people.
Local broadband speed significantly worse (by 50 MBPS) than Virgin for same price.
I will be cancelling at first opportunity
