Hd upgrades and plus 1 access

Quest channel 144 has changed to HD, and I now no longer have access to plus 1 on channel 244. Channel 244 is just duplicating 144, there is no plus 1 function, even though the display is stating there is.

Quest has been HD on 144 for a number of years, that hasn't changed recently. But currently the +1 is showing the same as the main channel rather than a one hour delay.
