I am afraid you can't get the old BBC Text information service via SKY Q

The BBC were due to completely stop using it & move away from it but there were challenges to it being stopped so it does still limp on, on some older platforms but not SKY Q.

@Clarigran this had nothing to do with Sky if you want to complain to anyone complain to the BBC it was them that changed it

There is some access to SKY News features 

On the remotes with a blue voice button  click on the button to the right of the Home button (...) &  SKY News & SKY Sports are options
