Cannot access Netflix, just get rotating arrow.

Have joined Netflix with sky, used to get netflix, but no longer.

Hi @OpaG Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?.

The only thing that resolves it (albeit possibly only temporarily) is to plug the box out for at least 30 seconds and let it reboot. Rebooting the router makes no difference (for me at least) and the same for refreshing the Apps.
