Cannot access Alibi, Witness or Atlantic recordings

I can view these channels live but cannot access the recordings - please help 😬

Do you have the HD add on - HD is not included by default but the default download quality is set to HD not SD so if you don't have the HD add on

You just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

BTW as your other post queried the same but just for a different channel it has ben removed as the reason will be the same (even if it is not the SD/HD issue)
