Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it doesn't then logout of it then back into the Netflix app with the other details you want to use.
Open the Netflix app on the SKY Q box and scroll over to right hand side and scroll down to bottom where it says get help and click on it
Then down at button of next page click on Sign Out then sign back in with the correct details.
