Cancelling Sky Q

I have recently cancelled Sky Q and was wondering do I need to log out apps on it like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc before it is sent back?

Shouldn't be required but I would recommend it.

@CancelledSkyQ or You could reset the box to factory settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.
To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.
With settings highlighted press 0 0 1 then select 
scroll down to reset then pick factory reset


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Tried, but doesn't do anything when pressed 001 ?

hover on settings.  Hit 001 then select.
