Hi, I cancelled my Sky package TV, Internet and landline due to breach of contract as had no service for over 11 day.
When I spoke to the operate Sky had no issues with my reason and cancelling. They cancelled my broadband no problem.
When it came to TV she said the system wasn't letting her cancel. She confirmed it would still be cancelled from the date o was calling her and she's log the issue.
she's put me down for a call back this Saturday to go through the cancellation terms and let me know what refunds I'd be getting with it being part way through a already paid month.
Now when I log into my account, Ive had lots of refunds for this month, but there are still 2 future bills for full amounts of TV packages.
Ive also had a email from them today saying my sku tv package will be increasing by £1 for some £2 and £3.
But I've cancelled so what's going on?
I tried to call Sky the other day who just said I've got a callback booked so would discuss my case.
why couldn't she close my account fully, I was told o wouldn't be charged for anything when bills clearly shows different. What can I do now?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @rick+fowler How is not having TV for 11 days a breach of contract. Unlike broadband and telephone package, a luxury TV service contract may be difficult to terminate early. Best you can hope for, is 11 days credit.

Billing may continue as 'normal' for a while. But unless you've had a cancellation confirmation then I would assume it's still technically active.
