Due to have a sky TV set up. Have waited 12-present and been texted to say it could be till 6.15. I can not wait this long as have other commitments and have waited for over 4 hours. Can I please cancel and reschedule without a charge as you have changed the original time

In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
You will need to call Sky in view of them still potentially coming today so they may charge you £25 if a responsible adult is not there.
