Cancel sky engineer visit
Had problem with accessing Sky Q and booked engineer on Sunday 30th March for visit on 8th Apri l Eventually found that what appeared to be loose wire and then cancelled visit using on line facility.
Today (3 April) received reminder about the vsit on 8th April. Went through the same routine again today but no response received back confirming cancellation.
You dont seem to be able to speak to an aculoa human being.

Phone Sky but don't offer any verbal response, eventually you should be passed to the next available agent

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
