Skyq netflix

Hi. I have netflix on my sky package but it does not show it on the sky apps! Any help?

To check & refresh software/apps if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):

Note : The refresh of apps can take several hours before it takes place

@Ashraf90  or this might work.  Identify something that you know is on Netflix then, using voice command "play ....." and see if that brings up the Netflix app

While you wait for the apps refresh as mentioned in link above to repopulate.

It can take up to 24 hours.

Just use your Sky Q voice remote saying 'Netflix' that will most probably open the app, until the app has repopulated in your menus.
