I cancelled my 2nd sky box but decided to keep and renew contract. They're now charging for return. How can I tell them I've kept it

I presume you mean they are charging you for non return? If you cancelled your Multiscreen subscription and then changed your mind and renewed the Multiscreen subscription, if you don't want to call we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team so let us know.
