Cancel order
How is it so difficult to try and cancel an order? I rang to cancel a replacement Q box which I'd just placed the order for about an hour before. I was told it was already dispatched! I was informed to just give it back to the courier once it arrived at my house This is ridiculous as the order hasn't been dispatched yet!!
Also the simple phone call turned into an upselling call from Skys end No I don't want broadband or a SIM card or anything else I just wanted to cancel an order!!!'
