To remove part of your TV package (in your case Multiscreen) you need to give Sky 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount. You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at

otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service
