Cancel a VIP upgrade

I have been upgrade to HD for 2 months but can't find a way to cancel it as I don't want to pay for it - can anyone help please

Hi @steeler69   I'm afraid that Sky make it as difficult as possible to cancel anything. They will need to check your identity so it must be an interactive session. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
