Took us a while to get the SkyQ mini boxes working today after changing our broadband to sky virgin
In case anyone else experiences the same problem as we did, we eventually solved the problem just by adding our new broadband details including password to each of our boxes individually rather than just the main sky box as we thought we only needed to do. Everything is running nicely now.
