HI Sky
I called in and cancelled UHD. It seems to have been cancelled on my curent bill to 27July and the next bill to 28 Aug but its back on the September bill. I can't use it and need to remove it.

This is a customer lead forum, you'll need to phone Sky to get this clarified

When did you call and cancel it?. It might take a few days for future bills to be updated. I'd certainly suggest leaving it until your bill due today has had time to be processed. If it hasn't updated your September bills next week you will need to contact Sky again.
