New to Sky TV and cannot access Amazon Prime Video I get a sign in screen which I complete but can’

All my other apps work perfectly and I can access Prime Video on my phone and iPad but not on my TV

Hi @Wee+Neily   What is the software version on your Sky Q box? It should be Q220.
