I am not really sure what you are asking here.
If you follow (or have followed) the steps in this link then the process will transfer you cancelling/pausing any direct subscription with Disney +
You should note it transfers you at your current level and for Premium will ask for the £9pm uplift from the Basic -you can't downgrade to Basic on transfer but you can downgrade from the next monthly renewal
