Can't watch recorded programmes

Hi all,I've just received a new sky box and any programs I record I am unable to watch,the screen says no longer available any help,thanks.

@Cooky007 the first thing to try if you havent already is try re-booting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
