Connection Problems

We ar E due to have sky q installed on July 9th but all the sky tv on our current old box has gone down. We'd previously lost a few channels but now we have no channels at all. It's a long time to wait for no tv if I'm still paying for it

What did Sky say when you reported the issue to them?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
