Can’t upgrade to Sky F1

Despite trying on the app, website and through the tv, I still cannot upgrade to Sky F1.  Called in 3 days ago and spent half an hour on the phone to advisor who could not sort it either and said would escalate.  Still not heard anything.

• Thanks for that but unfortunately it still doesn't work. I get an immediate screen saying thank you for your order but nothing happens and I never receive an email confirming upgrade.   Looks like another call tomorrow!
