My sky box keeps cutting out at night and freezes and I have to keep rebooting it sometimes the green light stay on and other times it goes off can anyone help please

I also have exactly the same problem, except it seems to happen after 10 pm and sporadically through the day. Frustratingly when I have paid on PPV for boxing - it happens regularly. we thought it might be the Wi-Fi, but it seems to be the skybox itself. Has Sky come up with any answers?
