Can’t set up my new sky’s box remote and sky viewing card

My sky q box has been delivered today and isn't work the sky viewing card is in and it won't let me press 1 and 3 to set the remote up

hi @StormeH-25 

try resetting the remote first by pressing & holding 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times.

After that make sure the remote is pointing at the box as it needs line of sight until it is paired
