Can’t get past the sky Home Screen. Sky signal cuts off

No signal with sky Q box. When I reset sky the Home Screen comes on and then disappears and then a message comes up saying no signal .

Hi @Emma1511 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

After the box has restarted following @Quoman7 's advice, if you are still having problems try pressing the following keys in sequence

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

which resets the resolution of the SKY Q box to 1080i
