Can’t get certain channels

I have called Sky and only got recordings which I followed but my channels are still not working? This is not good enough as be charged full amount at the end of the month.

If your dish is out of alignment then it won't fix itself...  is an engineer coming?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
