My satellite siganl has been down for nearly two weeks as has my mobile signal, the first engineer visit available is not until 19th February. Will I get a refund on my subscription.

The dish misalignment due to the recent bad weather does not come with a guaranteed refund but once it's fixed you could call Sky and ask if they'll place a credit on your account for the time you've been without service.
