im having issues wtih this as well and have just received a new sky q box today and same issues! it connnects then drops or can't find it at all

UPDATE!  After lots of phone calls and nearly calling out an engineer a lovely Lady called Laura from the Sky Community Chat  waved her magic wand and pointed me in the right direction and it was a really easy fix - we powered everything down including the router (which had always been working fine) - once it was all turned back on the Sky Box found the wifi and then took a while to reinstate everyting (APPS etc),
