thumbnail

when switch on all thumbnails are ok but they disappear as time goes on.    Can still access the app (still shows what the ap is above in text)  other boxes eg continue watching are blank.   Why is this happening.

Hi @Jo734   It may be a problem with your broadband, I would reboot your broadband router to refresh its DNS used by Sky and see if that helps. Also power reboot your Main Sky Q box once the internet is back up and running.

Have tried rebooting everthing but still blank thumnails dont understand why when first switched on all is ok then after a couple of hours start losing the

Info in some boxes usually playlist and view all boxes and some visual boxes and as the evening goes on lose more znd more.   Works ok but have to click on a blank app box or any other and wait for the written info above to say what it is. Fine when i click on it takes me to the app or programme.  Suggestions welcome
