Can’t download on demand. I have done a system update….twice

Can't download from anything. 
wveytging else works fine.

Tied to call sky and get sent here and then hung up on.

Getting so frustrated. 
No offence to people posting but I'm not paying all this money to have people give their opinions on what's going on. I want to speak to someone and get it sorted .

@Vowlesy1984 are you a new customer ?  if you are then Sky signature comes with live TV, catchup and boxsets.in SD as standard you may be trying to download the programme in HD

The default download setting is HD so try changing the format to download in SD

you can change the default to SD by Pressing Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.

Hi @Vowlesy1984 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
