Our sky q box won't let us record, or download anything and we can't delete any of our recordings

You might have a back log. Meaning your storage space is fill. If you go to deleted and scroll down to manage. You will find all the deleted. Press on the deleted and it will come up with deleted or undelete. Hope it helps.

Although worth trying, this shouldn't be needed as the SKY box automatically manages the storage by deleting the oldest recordings when the drive is getting near full.
