Download 1 film from boxset (that have done this with several times before with no issues) however after archiving it did not come off my recent recordings screen as it had done previously. Have tried downloading this and other films in the boxset, archiving again but does not work. Have tried switching it off and on but no joy. Checked software is the latest version. Not sure what to do now
