Can’t activate hbo max

Hi I am having same issues I keep getting error in trying to activate hbo max. What was advice to get around this can't do it on tv or laptop or phone

Got this issue myself too.

Never had HBO before so it's not that. 

Sky chatbot is about as useful as talking to a brick wall.

It seems like a widespread issue, why isn't it fixed? Why can't they're be an email address for me to mail to get a resolution replied. Don't want to be searching checking forums and such for the elusive fix...

Hi 

having issues signing up to HBO max , have been trying since it launched with Sky and still no luck. 

I have contacted Sky support multi times with regards to this and every time get the same answer , " they are aware of the issue and is being looked into" whilst I appreciate that it has been weeks with no update and no fix given. I am paying for sky ultimate but not getting part of the service which I am paying for and a reason I signed up and joined Sky in the first place. 

I have contacted HBO max support who have removed any account associated with my email so I can't see it being that causing the issues as I get even get to a stage where I put in a email to sign up. 

No matter what route I try it does not work I have tried through the sky stream puck and get a blue screen and error message. I try through sky app and get a message saying it get do that right now or I opened the page to quickly. I have also tried through web browser both Safari and chrome with private browsing and removed cached. 

This is becoming tiresome and frustrating with no help from sky or a public update in regards to the issue or how to fix. Paying for a service that as this point I am not getting and have not been able to use since launch. 

Does anyone knows fix ? Or can someone from sky look into this issue and help me sort it ?
Up to this point I keep getting the same answer customer support.

Ive just had an email saying watch the champions league on Saturday for you free with my contract via their HBO APP.Im a retired electronics qualified and broadcast engineer and afterthought days of trying to get to even watch the zHBO app without success I phone SKYtech .and after about an hour  speaking to a charming lady  and putting in all the unknown codes (001) etc the resetting and changing my LNB  resetting s and then setting it back to Midlands, all this whilst the clunky useless Q box went through its blank screen setup I was given the hard broadband sell to change for£31/month 500mb fibre But explains i already had a 1Gb for £25/month with no cost of living increses for the duration of my 18 month contract ,she still kept repeating her slow speed offer 

Anyhow all of her changes didn't work So I said forget it, she the said I'll send a text email to me explaining how to contact HBO and get them to activate it through my sck acoount Which ive had for 24 years. Ive now lost the will to live on this one as im still no nearer to being able to watch HBOB Zon my user unfriendly,scrappy Q box which is not a patch on user friendlies compared to my SKY H

I get this same error page, hours on the phone to be told speak to hbo. Spoke to hbo and they have no record of my account via sky, I suggested this to sky on the first phone call. Am now on the phone to yet another cs operative who wants me to go through the steps I've done with 3 previous people. Sky it's you, not me just get it sorted

I can't get it to work at all. Keep getting either a token-exchange-failed error or it tells me that I am geolocked.
