Can’t access secret engineer menu

Have just had mesh system installed and was told to disconnect Sky Q box from Wi-Fi as it, and two mini boxes are now Ethernet cabled. Accessed the 001 screen and turned off both Wi-Fi from another website info page. But now I find I can't access the menu as putting in 001 on Settings (I did not press select) brings up nothing, the normal menu remains. I have rebooted but still no response. Now, if I needed to turn back on Wi-Fi I can't. 
If anyone has any very simple, easy to follow advice (I don't get most of this technology), I'd be very grateful. 
I was told to turn off Wi-Fi as the mesh hubs were still showing as Wi-Fi and not Ethernet and it was thought Sky might be getting in the way.

 It's  0 0 1 Select.

You need to press Select (centre button) after the 0 0 1

 It's  0 0 1 Select.

You need to press Select (centre button) after the 0 0 1
