Can't access recordings

My Sky Q box is recording programmes but when I select Recordings I can't access anything. It says "Sorry, this service is currently unavailable".

The first thing to try is rebooting the Sky Q box. Post again in this thread if you don't know how to do that.

Hi @Lemontart  As already suggested. try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.
