In the last week it has become impossible to series link a recording on Great!TV channel.
all other channels are OK, it's just that one. It was fine up to last week.
Have re booted/set up on the Q box and mini boxes. In fact all the things we usually are asked to do to resolve things
Its odd that it's only that one channel
It's odd that it was fine until last week
Any ideas how to resolve it anyone.

Hi @Joansy
Nothing wrong with your Q box.
Looks like it is a choice of the channel in question.
You could contact Viewer relations.

Not particularly odd: it is up to each channel to supply Sky with the data package required for Series Link to work.

dont know quite what that means as it's a station you watch through Sky but whatever not helpful.
Time will tell if they come back to me, I suspect not!
i chechecked every station (took forever) and it's the only one that doesn't do it, all the rest 'allow' series link on recordings when appropriate.
I still don't understand why it changed suddenly. If it had never worked I could see some sense but why. change it?
Perhaps I'm the only one that watches that station, I think what they show is great, literally.
