No, that technology does not exist.

 

In rare cases Q subscribers have the main Q box on the end of a cable from the dish but running as a concealed unit without a television set attached, and then use Q Mini boxes over WiFi for television viewing.

Hi @Mff1962 

Bear in mind that Sky Stream works without a dish and is purely internet driven.

However if you are used to Sky Q then Sky stream may not suit you but worth research.

Main downside of stream is that there is not any recording facility

Cheers, I'm moving my TV from one wall to the opposite side of the room, so I'll have run a longer cable
