Can I order new equipment?

I have a sky q box and remote that are 8 years. Can I request new equipment to make browsing a more enjoyable task?. Currently, using the menus are slow and sluggish and my Internet connection is excellent.

Usually Sky Q equipment is only replaced when it is faulty.

 

If you are having issues with performance I would recommend signing in here and working through the troubleshooting flow. If it doesn't improve your experience then you should be able to request an engineer.

Hi @Baggio 

Afraid there is not likely to be any New Sky boxes.   With the future demise of Sky Q when Satellite broadcasting is likely to cease,  it is doubtful if any new Q equipment has been produced for quite a while.

Due to the extremely high quantity of Q boxes already in service it would appear that replacements will be refurbished boxes.
