Have you received a letter that contains the latest offer for Sky+ customers to upgrade to Sky Q. There is a dedicated phone number on that you can call. If you haven't had the letter yet it shouldn't be long, but you can always call Sky anyway. Remember that Sky no longer send out an engineer for Sky+ faults.
