Can I get a free booster with sky as walls are thick which is impacting broadband?

Hi,


my walls are thick which is impacting the broad band. It occurs when my kids are watching their Sky mini box or phones. 

I was told I could get a free booster. 

id like to try this otherwise I may have to look elsewhere for everything. 

please could I have some advice. Thank you.

Hi @SMUZLE you will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor to arrange for a SKYQ booster to be sent to you, or for an engineer visit to set up?

Sounds like he posted in the wrong forum and just wants a general wifi improvement for sky broadband.


Buy a wifi mesh. Far better than any booster. And you don't have to pay top dollar for the latest wifi 6/6E versions to get something decent.
