does anyone know if Sky allows there sky customers to book engineer appointments yes, or no

Yes (for Sky Q where you've posted today and posted previously).
Now, if you tell us why you think you need an engineer we may be able to help you and save an engineer a visit.

Yes I got a lot of recordings as I recorded a lot of stuff on my sky box, I thought you told me whatever sky box I've got, I've been recorded up to fairs and recordings whether it is a 1 box over 2GB box what does it matter

Are they maybe downloads that have expired rather than recordings of live broadcasts?
I assume you haven't had any hard drive error warning messages?

I mean downloads (i.e. on-demand sky cinema or catchup stuff) can expire, unlike recordings of live broadcasts.

I have received my sky stream and broadband device but have now realised I do not have a telephone line to connect it to. I need an engineer to install broadband?

can you anyone tell me what does the Red light mean on the sky box And how do I resolve this issue, please because my sky box never done this before. It's only been doing this since I down the factory reset on the box so can anyone tell me how I get it to stop doing this please?
