@Jennifer331  As per @Daniel0210  it won't be a cable box as Sky UK does not provide cable services so it will either be one of their satellite boxes Sky+/Sky Q or their online only box Sky stream.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
